- heated sq ft?
- What type of lanai (open, screen, 3 or 4 season)?
- Number of garages, including golf cart?
- Unique exterior features: outbuilding, entertainment area, expanded lanai or covered, etc..
- Builder & model w/ additional sqft options (bonus room) might be helpful.
- If home is over 3000 sq.ft. or custom build, please reply with house plan PDF to facilitate accurate quote.
- Pricing assumes slab or raised slab foundation, if on crawl-space please specify.
